As for the room being comfortable, the drawbacks are: the sheets have mold, the AC is not cold, the windows are dusty, the receptionist is not friendly as if he doesn't intend to, when we checkout we are usually asked if there are items left behind or checked etc., this is just silent even when we give you back the security deposit just put it on the table without saying anything, maybe you could be trained or given knowledge about attitude towards customers.

The bathroom smells when I order a photo of the bathroom, it's a bathtub when I check, isn't it🥲.

The room did not match the expectations of the picture, even initially given a dirty room and a table that had holes in it, the sheets smelled, asked to be replaced, which was quite decent. The female receptionist is dirty and not friendly.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in Makassar, unfriendly service, power outage, no generator, dirty bathroom like it hasn't been taken care of for months, even though I ordered a premium room but it's cheap
