After check in, customer service call me and said that they just know that I supposed to be paid the hotel fee in the hotel. While I already full paid. And they said they didn't receive any. After several hour later they apologized and said already get the money. Oh and when I got the room key. It doesn't even work, and no one to ask in the room area. So I need to go back to front office to check again. Bed not comfort at all. Food just so so. Definitely not going back to here. Sorry.
