Hotels near Lippo Plaza Batu

It was good. The room is huge and clean. But the Air conditioner is not running well. The swimming pool is OK too.

Hotelnya nice, poolnya dingin. Kamarnya luas, breakfast bervariasi, staff friendly.

All facilities and services are great.

Great hotel after renovation. But I had disturb cause leaked on air conditioner. Hope the air conditioner routinely maintenance. Thank you.

Worth it banget sama harganya. Kamar bagus bersih pemandangannya juga juara. Harganya murah. Next time mau kesini lagi.

Lokasi oke, kebersihan, ac, air panas oke. Cm kamarnya kecil sekali. Kamar dibuat dr kontainer, bagus, cm kecil aja.

All staff are very polite, helpful and friendly, the room is spacy and cozy with beautiful view to Jatim park 2 that full of great animals & fresh air. The restaurant is most great one with ambience feel like in a real jungle and variances delicious menu. Overall love this hotel much. Thanks Pohon Inn, definitely will recommended to all our family and friends.

They gave me a room with the very very noisy air cond. After I complained they exchange it. But the new room air cond is not much working. Not cool enough. Was to tired to complain for the second time. Also the breakfast. The variety is very less. And they only have donut for the sweet snack. Poor hotel.
