Their cust service was very bad, I reported to Duty Manager at 6 pm that I found the room was dusty and their bathtub was unacceptable, how come they let the guest check in with no water plug on the bathub. I was very upset, and what even worse was they respond my feedback at almost at 11pm. It's too late! Until my check out no one asked us how was our stay, no one saying sorry as well for what happened to us. They just sell the room but no one even care about their guest. I also ordered the room service, the price appear on their menu was different, it showed 60+ for the club sandwich while we was billed 90+
