Very good services and facilities although it was a minimal budget.

Reception, customer service part, is very good. The room is well suited the price and class as well as the hotel. Environment is quiet, safe and comfortable for vacation time. I will come back to stay at Citradream Hotel if I go to Bandung city.

If you're looking for a nice hotel, near Bandung Station with affordable price, this hotel will be a great choice! The receptionists were super friendly, the room was comfortable and some places like Paskal Food Market, Paskal Hyper Square, and China Town are walking distance from this place! I will gladly recommend this hotel and will come back for another occasion. Thank you!

Good value and comfy for the short stay during in the city. quite clean and comfortable bed & bathroom, it's near the railway station, shopping mall and restaurants. Very recommended!

Nice room, more like a hotel than a guesthouse, fast wi-fi, nice staff, neat furniture, hot shower, clean toilet and everything, they even let us hang around after checking out.

Cute interior and suitable for families with kids. My daughter & son were really happy playing along in the spacious outdoor jacuzzi. The location is strategic even though it might be quite packed sometimes (well, what do you expect from Bandung around the weekend 😄) but all in all, my family & I had a great stay and would love to be back! I can't ask for more. This hostel is placed near Bandung old town core yet very quiet at the night. I had an excellent experience here so I ended up extending my stay here. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen are spotlessly clean. I can even borrow bicycle and washing machine here. Plus, I had lots of interesting conversation with nice people around the world. Definitely will come back. :)

this hostel totally awesome, friendly staff and felt comfy with the room, I booked for woman only bedroom and so much happy to know that the bathroom is inside the area so you don't feel insecure to mix with men. there is warm water for bath, free refill drink water, they give you blanket and towel also our own locker. they have tv room for all guest but you need to be gather with others, for me it's fine. this is very japanese ambience and of course with worthy price ever to stay for 1 night. and wifi also fast guys don't be worry so you can watch netflix in your pod room. thank you and will always have you whenever I felt need to be there
