Mungkin bisa diperbaiki fasilitas yang ada di dalam kamar, seperti air panas yang dingin, genangan air di bawah closet, wastafel yang mampet, handuk yang bersih dan sprei yang tidak menimbulkan gatal. Kalau utk lokasi, sangat strategis di dalam paskal 23, gampang untuk mencari makan atau tempat santai.

The room is too small. There was no space for moslems to do the prayers. The price was too high.

The place is very ideal as it 's really close to Paskal 23, while actually it 's"inside"the area. Not that far too to go to the Sudirman Street Food. Meanwhile, the hotel itself was just okay.

The accommodation is strategic from nearby station, transportation and also mall. Only a few minutes walk to 23 Paskal Shopping Centre & Paskal Food Market. Highly recommended for others

water heater not working, the blanket and the sheets got a lot of spot, I request for double bed and they give me twin bed totally worst!

Deluxe type rooms are so so, the condition of the room is dimly lit, the bathroom is rather unclean, the breakfast is not recommended because if the food is finished it is not served again. the location of the hotel is in the mall 23 paskal area, this is one of its advantages.

The hotel’s service is not good, there is no hot water although the front office told us to wait about 10 minutes, but the water still not hot. The maid was entering the room without knocking. But the location is very strategic, Paskal 23 mall is in front of hotel. My suggestion is the hotel needs better hot water treatment, and keep up the services. Thanks.
