• Istiqlal Mosque - Istiqlal Mosque is the largest mosque in South East Asia. It can occupy over 120,000 people. It has seven entrances and each of them is named after “Al-Asmaul-Husna”. The meaning of Istiqlal is "independence". This mosque was built in remembrance of Indonesia's independence. The visitors can see a huge dome with a 45 metres diameter and tall minarets. This mosque also features a large prayer hall surrounded with rectangular piers and four floors of balconies. The visitors can see a few calligraphy of Allah, Prophet Muhammad and the 14th verse of Surah Thaha on the main wall.
