Conclude your culinary journey with a matcha chocolate cake served with a pastry knife inspired by a samurai sword.

KABUTO Course:

Embark on a culinary adventure with seasonal appetizers, sashimi (tuna, snapper), A4 grade Ishigaki beef shabu-shabu (sirloin beef), an extravagant extra-large lobster tempura, crab apple vinegar jelly, and Temari-type sushi (tuna, salmon, eel, cheesecake). Satisfy your sweet tooth with a matcha chocolate cake, complemented by a pastry knife resembling a samurai sword.

SAMURAI Course:
