Very unique villa with breathtaking view of 3 Gilis and mountains... Perfect for catching the sunset.. Secluded, quite far away from the city centre, but great for escape from hustle bustle.. Natural experience and eco friendly type of villa, you may find insects here and there (at least, they didn't harm me!) The windows on the bathroom area are open hole and only covered by blind, some of you may find this uncomfortable.. The hot water didn't work but it is okay to take a bath with cold water since the weather is hot...

FnB service really tip top. Never fail to serve us even when they were running with limited manpower (there is another event held on the side). Breakfast lady with a bright smile everyday. Thumbs up. Arrived hotel at 8PM which consider late, and room was not ready for check-in. Maybe they need time for last minute room decoration (husband special requested it but were informed earlier before the trip). A bit disappointment here, but the rest is fine. Booked a bath tub room and suprisingly it comes without a standing pipe 🚿. Turns out is hard, when you just wana take a quick shower. No hair dryer provided neither.

My second time staying here. But this time is way much better. The management saw and listened from previous critics and did the change. All good luck to Hotel Aruna and team.

We know this HTL for long time agoes with Amazing Garden. And sea side beach es. But staff are not knowledge profession as 5 star hotel. And food not nice as 5 star hotel.
