Villa in Gading Serpong

Tidak terlalu jauh dengan mall summarecon.

Handuk dan sprei sudah kusam, perlu diganti. Menu breakfast beragam, tapi perlu diperhatikan cat mejanya, mungkin karena menggunakan cat minyak, bikin peralatan makan lengket dan susah diangkat dari meja.

Kamar hotel yang nyaman. Bersih. Parkir luas. Semua staff ramah. Terima kasih.

Strategic location, only 5 minutes by walking to Summarecon Mall Serpong. Nice room, feel so homey. All units have bathtub, I guess. Good swimming pool and nice staff. I helped by Ms. Lita since pre arrival. She provide all of my requests mentioned while I book this accommodation. She also friendly and handy. Thank you so much Atria Residence 🥰.

Well unfortunately the room itself wasn't quite comfortable, TV was on and off, bed and its duvet made me itchy, bathroom is small because of the shape and dirty, hair dryer just able to be used for the first 1 minute and overheat, AC controller is not useful. What was good on my stay just I was allowed to have late check out at the maximum because I still had a meeting. Location also good.

Very not recommended hotel to stay.

Nice and clean hotel, they allowed me for early check in which made the kiddos smile they were very happy, good for family staycation, nice view from the 13flr. Breakfast not so wow just okay. Not to mention the TV kept shutting down every few minutes. Pool a little bit small consdring this is a 5star hotel right! No greetings from the crew at the pool, and I hate the acces to the pool? I don't like that I have to climb more small and high stairs just to get to the pool like Ohmaygad. Whtswrong with the pool elevator? No idea why someone design thiss? Why couldn't they just put the elevator directly to the pool? Omaygad, actually nice and big hotel it just went wrong by the pool access and it lost its fancy feeling just by the pool acces. But overall its a good hotel.

Staff was very friendly! Overall stay experience was nice. Noices from the road is indeed loud, but I still slept like baby anyway thanks to the earplug they provided (which based on my experience, not all hotels in Tangerang provide the same. So kuddos!
