Udah di pesan kamar non smoking tapi tetap habis. Gimana sih? Overall sih OK.

One of the best hotel in town, the service is good and also the air conditioner is cold. Overall, it 's good and of course they have Ahyat Abalone there, the best dimsum in town.

I cancelled to stay there. Had change the hotrl.

Check in just so smooth, we love how livy the front office is so helpful, breakfast is great, room is very clear. Definitely will comeback soon! Enjoying our short vacation in Surabaya!

Room smells ved sheet dirty, aircon not cool.

Not a really pleasant stay. The room is so dirty (there 's even a bug). No towel, soap not filled. Customer service could be better. The securities have no manner at all, yelling and rude. What an unpleasant experience.
