Due to covid-19 can't contact hotel staff and no any response / feedback from hotel staff for amendment. First and last time also, never stay here anymore. Good bye Capsule Pod China town.

Easy check in and check out! All is good, I love it. Will back to Beat Arts Hostel if I'm travelling to sg.

Bathroom need more maintenance, women hard to climb, plis give the lower side bed for the woman cust. Breakfast good, man staff good.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient. The room was comfortable, although the shower holder was broken, so I couldn't hang the shower. It was a minor inconvenience, but the presence of a bathtub made up for it. My booking did not include breakfast, but Chinatown Point is just a short walk away, making it easy to find a meal. The facilities are mostly self-service, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. One delightful feature was the free water vending machine, which is a thoughtful touch and likely available throughout the country.

Simple but great: atmosphere, neighbourhood, location, staffs.

The staffs are very helpful. Loved the location of the hotel because it 's near 7 eleven and MRT station. Can find good restaurants around. The room was okay. Got a room where it smelled a bit damp, but my friend 's room next door was okay. But no complaints. I enjoyed staying here and will be coming back soon!

Good room, friendly & efficient reception, housekeeping and club lounge services. Connected to a mall. Nice place to stay!

The receptionist is not polite, the room is smelly, there is no lift, the shower water is very small.

The receiption is very friendly and the location is near to the MRT exit.
