The room is big, but the cleanliness is not so good, the towels and pillowcase look dirty, there is water leak under the wastafel. But the person 's are really nice and helpful.

Everything is poor, Service is no good especially when I arrived in hotel nobody stand by in Front office. TV is not good, bed cover is dirty, bath room is dirty with yellow marks and something no good smell also.

Ditungguin lama resepsionisnya ngga nongol2, ditelfon juga gabisa. Udah deh seketika itu juga langsung ganti depannya aja.
