Not a good experience! For the price this is not good. Room was dirty, cockroaches and ant, ceiling board missing. Restaurant that's advertised and menu posted everywhere but it doesn't exist! Hotel is not maintained. Staff do not know English so communication was very difficult, for this price point and what is advertised. Our deluxe sea view is only a partial view. We had to ask multiple times for the room to be cleaned daily which was only a 2min clean. This hotel should be advertised at half the price!

The hotel is under maintenance, unfinished structures which makes the view is unpleasant. Pictures are not accurate with room conditions as well amenities. Location is great, just minutes walking to the beach, and close to local shop.

Cleanes hotel I've been to in Vietnam so far. Grat food and stuff was helpful. 10/10 recommended.

Room was cleaned and spacious. Housekeeping everyday, and free bottle water is a plus. Overall, I will give this resort a 8 +.

The pool was dirty. No cleaning. The surrounding is full of dirt. The elevator is old and looks scary. The hallway too. Room layout is weird. The toilet is smelly because of little air comes in. Not recommended.

- Noisy area with a construction site nearby.- Noise-cancelling quality is at the poorest level. You can hear what people are talking about in the hall from your room.- The smell of the toilet is weird and the floor doesn't look clean.- A staff and a repairman walked into my room without taking off their shoes.- The bed quality is poor as well. It's hard to describe but the bedsheet smells the smell of detergent and the mattress doesn't make feel comfortable.

The room has a nice ocean view but unfortunately, it was very dusty (watch out for the ants). Housekeeping did not show up until 6 pm. We requested morning room cleaning which never happened for the 2 nights that we stayed there. The housekeeping staff are quite loud talking/laughing in the hallway. I asked for hand soap, I was told to use shower gel to wash my hands. The place is mostly occupied by big travel tours, with families of 15-20 people that took over the swimming pool and all of the common areas. My brother's room was in front of the elevator, he was woken up at 5-6 am every day due to the noise. The beach was filled with garbage. The buffet was a disaster with people pushing and grabbing food. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is definitely not the right place. Tips: go to the buffet after 8:30 to avoid the madness. We do not recommend this place.
