mình đã book phòng trên app đến nơi thì cô ở lễ tân nói là hết phòng và đã báo cho app nhưng app không đóng và không có phòng nên không sắp xếp đc, bảo bọn mình gọi điện cho tổng đài để hoàn lại tiền. tổng đài traveloka chăm sóc khách hàng rất tốt. đã đưa ra phương án và hoàn lại tiền cho mình, vì trúng ngày lễ nên các khách sạn khác cũng hết phòng. xong cô ở lễ tân lại bảo còn 1 phòng 3ng khách chưa đến nên thu của bọn mình 600k. hôm sau lúc check out bọn mình lại gặp 2 bạn ở sảnh lễ tân cũng đặt phòng trên app traveloka và vào tình cảnh tương tự. mình đánh giá dịch vụ của traveloka ok nhưng về khách sạn thì mn cần cân nhắc nha. phòng thì cũng bt thôi vì không phải khách sạn mới đâu ạ
