1. When I went into the epidemic, when I got there, I received a closing notice. The hotel owner did not notify me. 2. The combo I ordered has breakfast but until the day I arrived, I did not receive any notification or explanation about no breakfast. 3. Weak wifi. Being in a room with no wifi is quite inconvenient. Did he ask me if everything is okay. 2. The hotel also supports me to upgrade my room class without charge. ... However, as a guest, I think the hotel should pay more attention to this matter It was really sad when I didn't receive any notice about whether the guest is active or not. .

The manager and the super gentle and lovely manager are very friendly. Room must say super satisfied. I like the delux apartments, decor the right style I love :))) clean and neat.

The room is clean, the staff and everyone are very enthusiastic and cute. Hotel near the center, nice view. Delicious food Will come back here if you have the opportunity to Sapa again

We just had a thought here, the room is very large and clean, everyone is very cute especially the super receptionist :))) because of us when the fog is thick so we can't see the view outside : ((Because the hotel is close to SunPlaza, so we are all walking and very convenient. In general, it is very satisfying because the service here hopes to have the next opportunity to see the view like the name of the hotel (below is the image of the super-muddy and the receptionist
