I arrived at 1:30 p.m. to check in and was scolded a few times because I arrived early. The owner said it was exactly 2:00 p.m. I said I could sit and wait, then kept nagging and giving me the key. I was disappointed because I had come 3 times.

1. I booked a deluxe room of 40m2 and received a room of 16m2. When I went down to ask the receptionist, he still had an attitude like "There is no 40m2 room here, why is 40m2 worth that price? If you are not satisfied, you can return the money." 2. This room is exactly a rented room or service room that has no tenants. The upper floor is rented by students. The room was bare, electrical appliances and routers were hanging in a pile in front of the room door. 3. The day I went in, the wifi was broken. 4. The shower was just as high as my head (1.75cm), and even if I wanted to stand up, I couldn't shower because it was right above the toilet. This is the first time I rented a hotel and was given such a poor quality room.

I've read a lot of criticism about the hotel being foul and the boss being rude and disrespectful to the guests. But I still booked because I found the price reasonable and I stayed for a few hours. As for the room, it's not too clean and beautiful for 5 stars, but it's still 4 stars so you can sleep ok, the bathroom is clean enough. BUT about the owner, I need to correct her, she is just a rather cold and reserved person, why do you say that in a friendly manner. But the owner is very nice. She rented a cheap car, she sent our things back, but she kept them in a very clean place. When we came back late at night to pick up our things, she asked questions and showed us where to go to the bathroom, then turned on the lights for us to sit and wait for the bus to arrive. again. She is a person of few words but expresses just enough of what the customer needs. But she's not as condescending as some people say. Next time will come back if there is a chance

I had the opportunity to go on a business trip outside of Hanoi. At that time, I couldn't find any good rooms. I searched on traveloka and found them to be ok, but looking at the reviews on other sites or on Google, it was so bad, it was all owners like this, the rooms were dirty. , many cockroaches and mice... I was about to give up looking for a room on travel and found this hotel. Quite satisfactory, located right at the temple so quite quiet, many shops. The room is also clean, the toilet is clean, the lavabo is clean, I quite like it. Great, when I have a chance to come here, I will stay here again
