The hotel is located near the center of Hue, right next to the areas with full of bars and restaurants, yet it's very quiet. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They provide you good room service and if you are lucky, you might get a free surprising gift from them. Room are clean and pleasant.

The staffs are very supportive and friendly. I wanted to stay for a little longer and they were totally supportive. The room is nice and clean, what I love the most is the bathroom. The location is right in the center of the city very close to Trang Tien Bridge.

Very nice clean rooms with a great shower and the staff were extremely friendly! There was some construction going on across the alley and the windows were of such good quality you couldn't hear them working. We had inadvertently double paid for our stay and when they realized what happened they contacted our bus driver and had him give us the refund!
