Very bad services green hotel & apartment Hanoi. Becarefull 👎.

Pros: the place is near to bus stop. Easy to travel to historical spots. But still quite far from the center: ancient town, lakes. There's a small market with nice local food near hotel. Cons: hard to get grab. I booked and paid deposit for the room in urgency at evening and contacted the hotel hotline that I'll check in at 5.30am next day. However when I came, reception gave me wrong room key. Got in a room that hasn't been cleaned w dirty towels used brush, bed hasn't been made. We took a nap anyway cause we're tired and don't want to interrupt the staff. Later at 8 another staff moved us to our “actual booked room” said we've been in wrong room. No hot water at this moment too cause there's trouble and it's winter. Receptionist forgot to give back my passport when I check out. But successfully shipped it to me after I called and made it to my flight. When we check in and check out we don't exist to him but after this little incident he finally changed his tone & attitude towards me:) if you come to Hanoi to travel I recommend staying near old ancient town. Period.

Hotel so dirty, not same picture. The bed sheets look like no change 1 months. Air-conditioner not good. I just come in and check out right now.

The hotel has just been renovated, the staff is friendly, very satisfied and will come back later

It's okay, you should rent at a reasonable price and convenient for work

Because I was in a hurry to book the room, I didn't check the reviews first. When I got there, I was in awe 😢. The hotel is very dirty, there are stains that seem to have been there for a long time. And hot and cold water cannot be used 😢. A bad experience 😞

Dirty hotel from lobby to room. There was a lack of amenities in the room. Slippers, toilet paper, and drinking water had to be ordered. dusty blanket. Only gave 2 old towels, no face towels, hand towels or hair towels

The room is not like the picture. The room is quite dirty, people should pay attention

Dust, severely degraded rooms, dirty blankets, dirty toilets, overall very very bad. Stay away from this address. Booked for 3 nights but had to leave within 2 hours, needed to refund the remaining 2 nights, the manager told me they would not refund.
