Nice location, even though we were the only guests staying on Lunar New Year 1st. Good place to sleep overnight in the middle of the road trip.

In fact, all the customers can confuse about the hotel because their coffee shop be designed so nice. In contrast, The room really bad and ugly (no fridge and the terrible smell from the bathroom) This room just get the standard of a motel, not a hotel as they showed. The time for check in begin at 2pm. We came at 4pm but they did not allow us check in with the reason that the air con need to be fixed. really? So what they did from 12:00 when the last customer check out, they have 4 hours before we came and they cannot solve the problem. They did not compensate until I feel angry and told the staff and they just invite us 2 free drinks. I have to wait for 1 more hour to get the room and they even do not help us bring luggage to up stair (the "hotel" do not have lift). And you know what, when I went in the room, i saw the paper which show their discipline and it be wrote that customer have to pay more if they check in before 2pm. really?, so how about check in so late because their service like us. Another day, the cleaned staff have key and open they door without knock. We're really sock when she open the door dramatically like that. The attitude of the staff do not as what I expect. I regret of wasting my money for this place a lot. The worst hotel i have experienced in my life.

Because it was coffee/hostel concept so the first floor was very pretty, which was suitable for taking pictures. Staff were nice but they even didn't have international extension cord which some devices (like camera charger) required. The room was a bit dense or stuffed with no window. Although for such budget I can understand why the room like that but my experiences here were not so comfortable

It was such a lovely stay. The hotel was located at the center of the city. Thus, I could go almost any places. The receptionists and the owner were so friendly, polite & helpful. They gave me clear directions and valuable recommendations. The room I stayed in was clean. Bathroom looked quite vintage & comfortable to me. It reminded me of my childhood somehow. Because it had no windows, it could be even more perfect if the light was a little brighter. In general, I was satisfied. This hotel has a elegant front view, a cafe on the ground floor, free wifi, English speaking staffs. I don't know what else to expect.
