I had the most pleasant stay here, very nice staff, clean room and towel, and I booked the room without breakfast but they gave me breakfast for free. and also I forgot my jacket in the room when I checked out and they help me so much...thank you 😊

Their room is very clean and beautiful. Their room is very clean and beautiful. Close to the beach and beaches, my trip at this hotel was excellent. Thanks to all the staff here!

. Central hotel, close to the beach and beaches. Super friendly staff, they have a tour to Lan Ha Bay at a good price compared to other guests on the same itinerary. Recommend everyone to come here, their room is very clean and beautiful.

It was raining so hard, I couldn't go to the island. The hotel also has no contact or sharing with customers, collecting money is 100% done.

It's a pity that the problem happened due to a weather error, we are also very eager to know about you, but due to force majeure we do not have your phone number. because you booked on traveloka they didn't give us the customer's phone number. That's their policy, we're sorry for the bad score you left, really we don't know what else to do in such a case. Hope you understand and sympathize and especially the next time you stay at another hotel, you also understand that they do not have your phone number like we do, and avoid injustice for them. The room with double bed has a good view, the room is clean and fully equipped, the bathroom is a bit small. There is no breakfast. The price set on the app is sometimes high and sometimes low, when I order it, it is more expensive than the day I receive it, because I ordered it from the beginning of the weekend, maybe it was canceled by the storm or why the weekend room price is cheaper than the beginning of the week.

Good hotel service, but no parking space. But to talk about tourism, Cat Ba is beautiful, clean, but cheating, cutting and cutting tourists everywhere.
