I booked the room with a large bed and they gave me a room with small twin beds. Of course I had to pay more for the room with one large bed, as compared to the one with two small twin beds. Also, the room was not well maintained, reminding of Vietnamese hotels owned by the government. I'm very disappointed with the experience, and will not come back there again.

The room is a bit old but the room prices is a bit higher than those newly properties like Diamond Star Hotel. Breakfast is nice. Reception and waitresses/waiters are friendly, polite and helpful. The shower curtains are dirty and get stuck, towels are old. There is lizard on the floor in the bathroom.

The Family Deluxe room type is really suitable for family. It 's spacious, the river view is so beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Too crowded, the breakfast was a mess and everything nearly empty. They also have a coffee place that let people from outside get in. My room was on the top floor but the river view was blocked by a strange shape of roof
