When I look for hotel in the city I only consider good location, cleanliness, comfy bed and good shower. SBox has all. It ' s close to BTS, Metro, EmQuartier, Terminal 21 and restaurants on Sukhumvit. Hotel is very close to the main road and the street is well lit. The room isn't too small if you don't have large suitcases. The window is a large fixed glass and cannot be opened which is not a problem for me. My favorite part is the strong hot shower. It doesn't have a fridge but it ' s got a safe box and a hair dryer which is all I need.

The room has small space, but everything is clean. Very quiet, excellent service, the front desk so helpful and friendly. I would like to stay in this hotel again. So comfy!!! Thank you S box

The room has all my needs in a compact room, rate is decent and quite a steal based on the location and room facilities. Overall very enjoy staying here and will be in my top favourite hotels in Bangkok.

The hotel is nice-good location, clean; The staff is very nice, and helpful. Only one suggestion is the brightness of the main lights shining on the bed. Indeed, they are a bit difficult to adjust, and actually it is too dim. Correcting this would be perfect!

I disappointed for this time about conditions of the room and room attendant that was rude to me when I complained about linens changed on my first day check in. Receptionist was nice, 2 ladies for breakfast was nice and respectful.

Good stay! Nice location, near to shopping centre and shop. Room service needs a bit of improvement. They should clean up the room every morning even though guess not asking for it, at least to clean up the waste bin.

The hotel is great. Only one minor thing is the ais conditioner is a bit difficult to control the temperature. Only warm or cold, cannot adjust to get the comfortable temperature.

Having comfort & enjoyable stay here, room is clean & full set amenities provided. Free simple breakfast provided by hotel each day, greatly appreciated. Location about 10 mins walking distance to bts phrom Phong, Staff here are super friendly & helpful. My first time stay at this hotel, but definitely will stay again for my next trip, cause it simple but almost everything I need, hotel provided. Now start missing the hotel. Thank you very much.

I had the most pleasant stay here. Even though the room a bit small but still comfortable. Glass wall bathroom and covered with blinder, so be careful if you're travelling with friend 🤣 I love its location! Very strategic location to the Emsphere & Emquartier mall, also BTS train. The complementary breakfast is a bonus for budget hotel like this. No refrigerator in the room though. Nevertheless would definitely comeback here again!
