As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. This island resort is accessible by airplane, speedboat, or ferry. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their details at least 5 days in advance. Private charter flights from Senai International Airport and Subang Skypark Terminal to the property are also available for a fee. Flights must be booked at least 30 days in advance with the resort.
