Check in time around 10-15min. Service good. Room very spacious. Cleanliness good. Toilet good. Food is nice and affordable. Variety of food. Will repeat next time.

I would recommend staying to this hotel however the hotel need to improve following.- there is no fridge available even though the rate is more than rm 200.- there is an issue with their spring in their sink.- TV channel is not stable.

The room was spacious and hotel was quiet. But there is no hot water shower. According to the staff they close the heater at 8pm but next morning at 8am the water was still cold. Very difficult for kids and elderly folks.

Pro: staff are friendly, food was good. Last time I went here, the food is so bad and not so many choices. They have improved, now quite a lot of choices and tasty 👍 the pool is big and clean. My kids have good time there. Cons: the cleanliness in the room is so bad nowadays. The carpet is full of dust. The wall have big mould, the toilet also have a lot of mould. The air in the room also feel dusty that I had to buy my own room freshener. Also there is no more refgirator inside the room. Dulu ada, kenapa skrg takda. Too bad, after mco this hotel is not as good as before🥲.

Saya komplen air conditioner bilik rosak and request tukar bilik and their staff don't allowed it and call. Maintenance to repair it. Until 6.30 pm air conditioner masih rosak! At 7pm baru diaorg tukar bilik selepas I nak komplen. Staff is very unfriendly! No more staying at this lousy hotel service!

Booked 2 deluxe rooms and both rooms were dusty, stuffy and smelly as if the rooms were left abandoned for quite a while. Pillows and bed sheets too were smelly that I need to wrap the pillow with clean sarong to sleep. One room had fungus on the wall and wood panel of the bed head rest. I had to open the windows to let the air circulate and bought air freshner to spray the rooms. Breakfast buffet was OK with literally good spread but unfortunately the food was not replenished immediately. Coffee was not hot. Breakfast hall was stuffy as without fan. Another way to get rid of guest from spending longer time at the breakfast hall as it was warm and practically we are sweating. Sad to see a grand hotel not maintained to the standard.

Good receptionist. But the condition of the room is satisfactory. Room 104. There is no refrigerator, the bathroom is clean. The light switch is broken. You can only turn it on and play with the switch. TV broadcast no problem. Flat pillows and no extra pillows are provided.
