I didn't put much expectation in the hotel as it looked like an old hotel from the exterior. I chose it because it was near my grandma's place. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was blown away by the interior and the service. But then when I went to room is when I texted my friends to try this hotel. The newly refurbished room is beautiful, clean. And just perfect. A definite must stay.
I stay for 2nights the room is so small no coffee or tea in the room, no cleaning service the second day was rainning the roof is leaking very disappointed.
1) I encountered to wait 1hour 20 min for check in at counter I need stand such long time to check in you staff sitting down working slowly no one is monitoring queue many guest confuse without and explanation. 2) My reservation no capture and need to wait another 30 minute whole process for check in took 2 hours. It's very weird and never before when I check in any other hotel around world maybe it's your hotel standard for guest queue for 2 hours. 3) I was given club lounge no one explain the for usage the club lounge. Even I when inside the lounge no explain the time of cocktail time. 4) F&B at breakfast my cup is chipped
Regrettably, our stay at the hotel was marred by a concerning incident. My child suffered a bed bug bite, raising serious concerns about the hotel ' s cleanliness and maintenance standards.
