The overall hotel is good as they are near public transportation station (MRT, KRL, Airport Train station) and right in the middle of town. They got two divided rooms (female & male) with each room accommodate around 20ish capsule. The one I got is male room since on that day they're full capacity. As I checked-in, the capsule I got was nice but they're little bit dirty, the female bathroom is much cleaner than male bathroom. I hope that in the future they can improve more on the cleanliness. Still, good hotel for you who want to stay short time with affordable price!

Request late check-in at 2am because my plane arrived at midnight and the staff was still serving, very friendly and good service. The cabin bedroom is clean, the shared bathroom is clean, a water refill is provided outside the room, the hotel environment is also clean. The hotel's location is very strategic because it is close to the Airport train station (bni city Station), MRT (Dukuh Atas station), KRL (Sudirman station) and Busway. The hotel is not far from the Bunderan HI and shopping mall centers (Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia). Thank you, I will stay here again in the future.

nice experience. i think with 165k rupiah, i only get this small room. but, it’s beyond my expectation, due i get towel, amenities, clean bathroom (also with hairdyer), comfy prayer room, comfy comunal room. aahh i’ll back if i visit jakarta

Had a comfortable few hours rest at Passgo Thamrin, the staffs were nice and really helpful and it ' s really fit the pocket! Thank you passgo.

Excellent accessibility from the public transit center, walkable from the train station! The hotel is good enough for transit or just sleeping for such a short time. Interior for the one-person capsule is also fine, with adjustable lighting. Shared bathroom could be better, but it was enough for me to take a proper shower. Sad part is that there is no wall electricity socket in the capsule, only an old USB socket available while my charging cable is type-C to type-C, so charging was only possible outside the capsule for me. Nonetheless, it wasn't a major problem. Thank you for the experience!

I really stay this PassGo hotel. Modern it 's like I stay in Singapore. It 's clean and very comfortable place. Near by KAI.
