Clean hotel, check in was great. The breakfast was ala carte but the menu was good. The balcony's small but it is cool. Location is good, it's far from main road so you can sleep well. Nice hotel.

Lokasi deket ke shopping centre Karena memang niat mau belanja ke mall, makanya pilih hotel ini, pas check in kaget Karena photo di OTA bagus, begitu masuk not so nice, dengan harga segitu not worth it, makanan di restaurant very bad, pisang goreng nya asal saja, kalah sama pisang goreng pinggir jalan, hotel should hire at least cook with experience or at least from hotel school, chicken kung pao juga spt hanya di kasih kecap saja, bed room luas, but no window and smelly, mgkn Karena engga ada window jadi smelly, lantai tdk ada carpet layaknya hotel 4 stars, jd berasa 1 stars, early check in receptionist minta kita Bayar 25 % darı harga kamar (I understand dia harus upselling) I definitely won comeback klo belum Ada perubahan di hotel ini.

Hidden gem. I would always come again to Jakarta to stay here again and explore another outlet. The hospitality and service are beyond the price we paid. I don't recall all staff but EVERYONE there deserve the Best staff of the year. Thanks a lot everyone for making my trip with young ones a memorial one. See you soon!

Great location, very close to Central Jakarta. We got the executive suites and they had so much space in the room. The suites also came with a fridge, a water dispenser, an electric stove, a rice cooker, a microwave, sink, and a whole bunch of cooking utensils and cutlery. Our TV had issues but the technician was super friendly and worked very quickly to replace the TV. All the staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely come back to stay here next time 🙂.

We came to this hotel at 4 am. First impression, the hotel was dark, no security, no porter (yeah maybe it was too early in the morning). But it was a weird situation for a 4 star hotel. We came to the lobby, it was so dark inside, and the front staff was unfriendly. Made us feel like we bothered them. One of the staff said that there was no room. Actually we had booked this hotel for 3 nights. So we just rested in this hotel for only 4-5 hours then we checked out at 9 am. We cancelled the next 2 nights. We never want to come back to this hotel. Bad service for a 4 star hotel.

Staying with family and we have fun experience. Hotel located at heart of Jakarta, easy to access but the most big bonus is a clean spacious room. They also help my family to check in without my presence due to flight delay from Bangkok. Thank you.

Best place to stay. Great staff, the room is so spacious and clean, the breakfast so delicious. I love staying here. Will stay here again if I visit Jakarta.
