The insurance will be automatically included in every flight ticket purchased via Traveloka Indonesia during the program period. With this insurance, Traveloka can help cover you in case you get infected with COVID-19 during your travels.
This insurance is exclusively applicable to Indonesian residents age 70 years or younger on the date of departure.

Prepare the required documents (please refer to the Required Documents tab).
Email the completed Claim Form and documents to Chubb (travel.id@chubb.com).
Chubb will process the claim in 14 working days. Once the claim is approved by Chubb and the Insured Person, Chubb will make the payment within 30 days.
