Expensive than direct-reserve to the hotel.

Housekeeping is great and rooms get cleaned very well. Reception and front desk is weak and not proactiv working. There is a better way to communicate with international guests especially when we have thai married couples-on arrival we informed all names and who is in which room together. It is impossible that thai guest will marked as"hooker"and as"money boy"- it is a shame.

Bad atmosphere. The bathroom smelt very bad. Unhelpful staff. They do not care about the comfort of their customers. I can't recommend it at all.

The whole resort had a nice welcoming feel and the rooms, although a little old, was clean, neat and comfortable.
