The service, staffs, room accommodation, cleanliness and everything are all chef’s kiss ~ 😘 My boyfriend and I felt like the experience is so surreal because it’s too good to be true 😆 The staffs, environment and the complimentary things they’ve prepared in the room made us feel very much welcome. My check-in experience at your hotel was incredibly frustrating and disorganized. I arrived to find four people waiting, and I was second in line. We were then directed to another counter, but before I could be served, the person who was third in the original line jumped ahead of me. To make matters worse, after the first customer was done, the counter then served the fourth customer, completely skipping over me! I was the second person there and ended up waiting while people who arrived after me checked in. It was a chaotic and unacceptable start to my stay."

Great accommodation. My family is already a regular here. The highlight would always be the close proximity to our hospital, we could practically walk to the hospital. Taxi is also an option to the elderly, and it's really close by. The room is spacious and clean.
