Nice location, clean. Only food is quite boring and not so delicious.

Nice hotel Lux and clean. Strategic with Transmart Mall, some restaurant/caffe around. Room is clean, comfort and we get free upgrade from Receptionist. Thank you. The pool was clean and awesome. They have kids pool with 2 side. The food also good. The staff is friendly. Parking is spacious. My kids very happy stay here. We will back again.

It was okay for one night stay. But to be put into consideration and feedback, please renovate and improve the cleanliness in the bathroom and bedroom. Renew the linen as it has become dull. Mop the floor meticulously so it won't make any stain on it. Last but not least, please make the stairs to mezzanine not slippery. It 's dangerous. Thank you.

Hair everywhere, stink bed sheets.

The staff are really friendly. There is a convenience store neside the hotel.
