We had the best night at Ramada Encore.. thanks to the kind receptionist, we got free upgrade to the deluxe pool view and the bed was huge... the breakfast was great with various choices.. it was great hotel and we will be back there when going to Bali for next trip..

I love Ramada Encore because the location is so strategic, near all the things that I would like to go. The room is clean and well maintained, the service is impeccable, from the time that we arrived, most outstanding service is from the front desk officer Eric, he greeted us with a big smile and managed the check-in process efficiently and fast! The check-in process is fast, the room is as ordered, the atmosphere is quite calm even though it is in the middle of Seminyak city, the room is always clean and tidy every day like at check-in time, the swimming pool is large, the breakfast menu is varied and delicious, and the parking lot is large, this is the second time staying here and will definitely come back again when I go to Bali.

The room I got was not very clean. It wasn't dirty or anything, there was dust. It was just that the ceramic floor had black stains that were probably hard to remove. Then the floor of the room was foggy, even though our AC was not on low temperature. But all the food was delicious and varied. The staff was very friendly.

location is okay..but the access is difficult..i stayed during the rainy season..the road was badly flooded..had to take a boat to cross to the car..fix the drainage channel on the access road to the hotel..so it doesn't happen again..regarding the hotel and the service, honestly it's really good. only the access road to the hotel is this ๐
