The villa so nice and clean. Great customer service. As I’m having my first trip to montigo on a honeymoon trip. Staff was so sweet with their surprise with songs and cake. Unexpected stay. We also have our candlelight dinner by the pool of our villa. Food was super delicious. Will return again soon.

Building and room very large, royal hospitality, lux-classic atmosphere make me feels like inside Buckingham Palace. Bit suggestion to drop small spoon on the coffee maker, the other things is perfect.

The hotel is ok, typical of old but well maintained Hotel. Complete facilities, generous breakfast. Could use little more maintenance. Perfect for those who are in Batam for work.

My review: this place is great and comfortable. I came here for anniversay staycation. They provide wide parking lot, garden, swimming pool and fitnessplace. I love the room is so spacious. Got bathub, and mini walking closet. The staffs also so kind and informative. One thing I love the most is the breakfast, food is so delicious. Love it. My constructive feedback: you guys might want to add towel bars on the bathroom. So then we could hang the towel after use.

Great location and linkway to Nagoya Hill Mall. Have nice varieties food during breakfast. Stay with family of 5 in 2 bed room.

Room is spacious and clean. Pool closes at 10 pm and children have an enjoyable swimming time.

It was our fourth time staying at panbil residence and it's awesome as always. This time we manage to impress our friend by our photos so they decided to move from their hotel to panbil residence (10th Oct2021), I guess it will also be their favorite hotel to stay, just like us.

Great hotel and good facility

I really enjoyed my staycation 1 night here. I go staycation because wanna have bubble bath and hot water for bath, this room is cheaper if compare with other place that have bathtub in the bathroom so really lucky I found this hehe. The room also super clean and spacious also the room service is really nice.

Good service and good environment

1 night stay here, its been good time. You can still get breakfast even in fasting time for sahoor. The important is new hotel, everything likes new, smells new, clean and calm. The environment is okay and 24 hours due to near Pasar Second Jodoh, Mc DOnald, Mart and night market jodoh. Enough pricey for price in Pandemic covid-19, hopefully can stay here if any promo. The atmosphere around the hotel is awesome. Full of greenish plants and calm sensation. The swimming pool and the pond which is near by, suitable for family recharged moment

From check-in to check-out, our stay at hotel harmoni exceeded all expectations. The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was clean and spacious, the fitness facilities were great and the food was awesome!! The wine club bar was also cozy and inviting with a pool table.
