Unique and cozy hotel with delicious breakfast

My room is on 9th floor. The POP Room that I reserved was pretty large. The bathroom is a bit small, but it's not a deal breaker. I honestly very happy with my stay. The room staff also pretty nice and fast processing my order. The hotel is also adjacent with the Festival CItylink Mall.

Great parking location, spacious room, strategic location

I love the ambiance of this hotel, so cozy, the location is also strategic, we can get some of culinary experience around this hotel, overall a good place to rest.

Quite pleasant stay at lenora hotel. Got a little trouble at night because the closet was leaking. Fortunately, there was a vacant room so we moved. The staffs are helpful. The room is nice and clean considering cheap rate. There's nice rooftop cafe on the 6th floor. It was a nice place to stay. The only down point is the hotel location, it's on the one way traffic road so we had to take a long turn every time we were coming back from the city center.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The room is clean, the air conditioner and cold air are very comfortable to rest. The bathroom is clean, complete toiletries, the shower works well, the soap and shampoo smells good. But I heard a sound from behind the wall of the room even though my room was at the very end and there was no room next to it, around 2 am. A little scared but overall the hotel is good. More than 10 times been here for gateway, never disappointed. Nice clean & tidy room, perfumed well, also comfy bed makes it perfect. You should try breakfast here. Not a fancy one, but really feels like home

Great fresh air and location is perfect since its easy to find and close 15 minutes access to Kawah Putih and Ranca Upas. The bungalow is standard and the chimney and wood provided makes the stay memorable
