Baru masuk, kamarnya bau rokok sprei ntah di ganti / tidak, ada noda darah dan banyak rambut rontoknya 😣. Toiletnya bau lembab & jamur. Perlu ditingkatkan lagi perawatan properti.

The receptionist is friendly and helpful when there is an error in the booking date, I want to reschedule because the app itself cannot and has been paid in full. Now for cleanliness it is lacking. The photos are deceiving, the reality is dirty in almost every aspect. On the sheets there are lots of spots and strands of hair. The room smells musty, the corridor floor outside the room looks like it's never been cleaned. The price of 200 thousand a night should be even cleaner.
