Excellent hotel in wonderful surroundings, the staff are all amazing and very helpful, high staff to guest ratio. Arrived and early and departed late whilst able to use facilities and use luggage storage facility.

Lift is not working, there was no mat, door lock to patio was broken, dirty. Not recommended.

Very convenient location, flexible and very helpful staffs. The room booked suited our family of five and this particular room was just beside the pool. Suitable for children 's leisure when at the resident.

Overall, I had a satisfying stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming—I truly appreciate their excellent service. The room was also very spacious and comfortable, which exceeded my expectations. However, there were a few missing basic amenities such as a fridge and a dressing mirror. Including these would definitely enhance the guest experience. Cleanliness is another area that needs improvement, especially ensuring the bed area is free from things like lizard droppings. With some upgrades in facilities and better attention to cleanliness, this hotel has great potential to earn a full 5-star rating.

We had a good time here, staff are really friendly especially at the platter. Nice view and clean room. Definitely will come back.

An economical place to stay if all you need is a place to sleep. The room is clean and the shower is good.
