Online check-in is a member-only feature on Traveloka App that allows you to check-in for your Batik Air flights even before you arrive at the airport.
Online check-in is available on Traveloka App v2.18 (Indonesia) onwards. Make sure you have logged in to your Traveloka account to enable this feature.

You will receive a confirmation that your check-in is successful and that your Batik Air boarding pass is now accessible through your Traveloka App. An email will also be sent to you, along with your boarding pass attached.
Of course. You can just follow the same online check-in instructions and we will retrieve your boarding pass from Batik Air so it will be easily accessible through your Traveloka App or email.
Batik Air online check-in is available for pregnant passengers. However, they are required to submit a medical certificate and fill in a medical form at the airport check-in counters. Meanwhile, passengers requiring special assistance (e.g. infants, passengers with disabilities, Unaccompanied Minors) must check-in directly at the airport.

Yes, you need to present a printed boarding pass to board the plane. Batik Air requires you to print your boarding pass at Batik Air airport check-in counters or kiosks.
Your Batik Air boarding pass will become unavailable from three (3) days after your departure date. However, you can still access your boarding pass that was sent to your email
