Do your self a favour and skip this place, 1 star is rating it too much and I'm not the one that complains about much. Lets start with pizza, its a frozen pizza, it was like eating a burnt biscuite with no flavour. The nasi goreng was burnt, the pasta sauce straight out of a can, the chips old and soggy and chicken nuggets burnt and dry. Too top it off, all food came out cold. None of us hardly touched the food, it looked as if it was all precooked and just reheated and served up. After complaining too staff, they just smiled and walked off. Worst place through our 12 day stay.

Avoid this place
The service was really bad. Just arrived that the manager don't say hello, just drop the menus and the table. When he took our order, he just leave us for another. He forget my order and I didn't have excuses.. The food is ok but overpriced..

Low quality food, indifferent service
Given that this restaurant is one of the few independent offerings among the luxury hotel chains in Nusa Dua, I was keen to try it. From the beach the garden setting is also appealing, so I brought my family here for lunch. The faded vinyl menu however wasn’t so appealing and there were few options suitable for young children. We ordered a grilled fish dish and a chicken dish. The fish was obviously not fresh and the fillet served to me could have been hewn from rubber. The chicken was dry and tough. Both dishes had a spicy sauce that attempted to mask the status of the underlying ingredients. With the food a disappointment, then the ambience begins to suffer also. The setting is, in fact, dusty and flyblown. A succession of shuffling waiters neither cared about our satisfaction nor bid us goodbye as we left. The menu is cheap in comparison to the neighbouring hotels, and there seems to be a reason for that. In all, a disappointment.
