Good Food, super inexpensive
My boyfriend and I paid 12 dollars for a large bintang and 2 meals and the food was good. We went during lunch time and there wasn’t any wait to order or for the food to come out. We think it’s worth a try

Second day in Pemuteran and wife wanted to try the #2 TripAdvisor restaurant, so we made our way up the road to Warung Setia. Location is right on the main road, very busy and noisy traffic, some tables up on a covered patio and a couple right on the street just feet away from the speeding traffic going by. To the other side of the driveway is the entrance to where they cook the food, up the driveway is a washroom with a broken toilet, so you have to put a container of water in the bowl to flush it. Young waitress took our order in a timely manner, we were the only other customers at the time other than a large table which already had some food and a guy sitting near the road by himself. We then sat enjoying our drinks and a few more people came into the restaurant and sat at different tables. We watched our waitress drive away on a scooter and come back twice and after a 1/2 hour and after seeing several other people get their food who arrived after us, we decided to ask where our food was. Yes, the young waitress, totally forgot about us...not sure how she could forget about us given we were sitting in the middle of the restaurant and she kept passing by us. We also invited another single patron to sit with us and he ordered after us and finished his meal while we still waited. After waiting about 45 minutes since we placed our order, our food came out and I would say it was just average. My wife said she enjoyed her salad and cap cay vegetable dish. However, based on our food experience the day before at the #1 TripAdvisor restaurant in Pemuteran just a short walk up the road, Warung Setia is a far distance 2nd place. I wouldn't recommend Warung Setia, especially given during our walk to the restaurant we passed by several other nice looking restaurants situated back from the road and much nicer looking atmosphere. This was a big disappointment given the TripAdvisor reviews which rated Warung Setia so highly.

Setia has the best chef in Bali so far. Fantastic tastes whatever dish you may order. I tried the wraps, green curry, ceviche and a couple of other dishes. All were amazing!
