Ordered a seafood -capcay and a Bintang-beer. Two other customers. Young service-girl attentive. Cooled beer-glass dirty at bottom inside. Waited a good half an hour. When food came it was with brownish chunks of meat, nothing else. Tasted and had the texture of chicken. When I complained, I was told it was fish. When I asked about shrimp I was told the fisherman hadn't caught any. When I asked about squid she responded she'd never use it because it changes the flavor of the dish. When I said so its capcay ikan rather - no reaction. Later heard her ridiculing me because I had taken the fish for chicken. No apologies no nothing. Food was tasty and plenty enough but nothing extraordinary. Price fair. ALL IN ALL will not go back, as I like to get what I order, and there's plenty of similar options around.

Quality value plus hospitality.
Delicious Balinese food. The food is lovingly cooked and the quality is superb. We have been in Amed for 4 nights and ate lunch and dinner every day. We decided, why try else where when it is so good. We were not the only ones who returned each day. Met some nice people. We will be back.

Daily visit for Fish Lemon Soup!
Took the risk of going to the same place to eat dinner for 3 straight nights. But one you have the Fish Lemon Soup, you’ll understand. The family that runs this place is now my new Family away from home. They have their own friendly dogs and cats hanging around. The kids help run the place and they are so polite and nice. The food is some of the BEST I’ve had in Bali. PLUS the prices are so great. Drinks, apps, and dinner for 4 came out to less than $6 per person. We became friends with the owners and can’t bring ourselves to eat anywhere else. Treat Yo Self to at least 1 meal here during your visit.
