Pizza night perfection
I spent 3 months in Bali earlier this year and absolutely loved eating at my favourite restaurant in Indonesia, Warung In Salt. The "Pizza Nights" have become very popular and rightly so with top quality pizzas home made by the brilliant chefs using the genuine pizza oven. I perfected my favourite - Roast Chicken pizza with extra pineapple and chilli - and ordered just about every time; so good after a great days surfing and to share with 3 or 4 Bintang's 😎. Also see if Matt can cook you the Mexican Pizza, its really really tasty. The service is excellent and the menu has developed nicely over the years. Personally I love the Crab Corn soup and the Japanese influenced Golden Curry Chicken, crafted by Matt, is top drawer and unique to Warung In Salt. The 25,000 rupiah Nasi Bunkus at lunch time is an amazing deal and more than enough to keep you going throughout the day till dinner time. The fact that the lunch time deal has become so popular with the locals is a good sign regarding the quality of the food. Warung In Salt is the perfect place to invite a few friends at any time to chill out, share a few drinks and enjoy your holiday. Mojitos at 30,000 rupiah is an absolute bargain and a very tasty way to end a great surf and sun filled day (as the staff are not going to kick you out if you want to stay till you've had your fill for the night 👍.) I cant recommend Warung In Salt highly enough and cant wait to get back and enjoy those pizza nights. Way better than anything I get in the UK thats for sure.

My mates place but I love it.
Yes we are friends so full disclosure here. I love this place. Just a step away from the Uluwatu road madness and you are in quiet Bali suburbia. Great atmosphere inside the repurposed Joglo and a cool outdoor area to hang in. Food is fresh and always tasty. Mahi-mahi burger is my favourite but plenty of traditional choices on the menu. Everything is inexpensive, especially the Cocktails. Tried the Pizza this time and loved it. We’ll be back.

Popped in for one beer, left 6 hours later
What a pleasant surprise, this lovely little warung is a little oasis hidden away from The busy main in Jimbaran. Lovely staff and owners and just a good energy there that comes from a loving family business. This Aussie/Balinese Co-effort offers cold beers cheaper than the mini mart next door, authentic decor and ambiance in a restored Javanese juglo surrounded by lush vegetation. Cocktails are fantastic and dirt cheap, tax included. One of the few places you can trust to put original brand name spirits in the cocktails. They had a lively chill acoustic band playing to warm and friendly regulars. Food looked fantastic and we will be back to eat everything vegetarian they have soon 😊
