DELICIOUS AND COZY PLACE :)
Service is very good I like Red Soup so much, Fish Steak is very tasty, Grill King Prawns is excelent, Breaded Prawns is yummy. Hot cappucino is very nice :) Price is very cheap, because there is 30% discount by using BCA Credit Card :) Unfortunately the restaurant very small, i think more and less only 30 seat, so I can't celebrate my birthday with my friend on there :( the place is comfort and clean.

A bit boring
I was attracted by their big and plenty billboards along the road and ongoing promotions in the local media, and most of all I was curious about their signature dish “red soup”. Located in one of the run-down business houses at By Pass Tuban and unfortunately close to a public garbage dump. Convenient to park but when you get off your car (and again when leaving the resto) you can smell the stink, maybe I was bit unlucky that day. Inside The Red Soup well air-conditioned. In the front room the reception/cashier desk and a stainless open kitchen, some daylight shines in. In the next windowless room some 12 tables, three are taken, it's lunch time Black floor tiles, white chairs and white tables, some tables with glass plates, the walls partly covered with wallpapers, mirrors and dozens of framed small photographs, plus a chandelier at the tent-roof-like ceiling, a flatscreen relentlessly broadcasts MTV. On the table an ultra cool Kimberly-Clark paper serviette dispenser. All in all I would say kind of Chinese-European-American crossover. The menu huge in size (perfect because I didn't bring my glasses) but disappointing plain in content. Burger steak, tenderloin steak, chicken cordon bleu, spaghetti, fried seafood rings and that kind of food, sorry, do they target people who eat their first time outside of McDonald's? The red soup turned out to be just a tomato soup with some carrots, macaroni, broccoli and chopped sausage, sided with croutons. Not yummy, just okay. So, unfortunately nothing special about the food. The ambience is freaky for Bali standards, but is not to my taste. My fruit juice came well prepared but made of low-taste fruits. Nice espresso. They ask me to become a member (nowadays everybody ask you to become a member...) but no one ask “how is your food?”. Well, way too smart. Meals priced between IDR20.000 and IDR90.000, single espresso IDR18.000. Master and Visa accepted. Wifi. Illy coffee. Open daily 12pm -10pm. Some pics and their menu you can find on their blog http://bit.ly/4hSs24.
