As usual, every time Jakarta’s traffic getting crazy, I always went to the mall or find a place to kill the time. I found this place and i know its is part of The HolyCow group... and I was feeling to have a big bite of beef or ribs and so i went there and ordered the combo that consist of 900gr of ribs, beef sausage ( I think its 50cm) and big juicy chicken tight. Since There is two of us so it’s easy to finish em all... 🤣 The ribs meat is so juicy and tender... the sausage... ugh... to die for... chicken tight... i’ve mention big and juicy right... over all... it’s finger licking good 👍👍👍👍

The restaurant offers various type of ribs and their combos. However, wagyu ribs seems to fit perfectly on my tummy. only $9 for 500g long ribs? Why not! Love the sauce, love the way they marinated the ribs. If I could suggest, the restaurant needs chiller temperature (especially in the afternoon!) and music for better ambience.

Faty or Meaty
Visiting the restaurant in Panglima Polim Jakarta, For a steak restaurant they did a good ambience for the place to be more cafe look rather than a restaurant. The selection of menu... of course Meat and Meat. Ribs for one or Ribs for two or anything related with ribs. Our favorite is the Double Combo Backribs / long Ribs (I forgot actualy) but its a combo for two person with 4 full Ribs, sausage and chicken. They serve other menu also but haven't manage to try it. Been to the restaurant just twice, we always ordered the Double Combo the first one is the backribs /Longribs - as far I remember its the one with lots of meat and less fatty. The second one is the Double Combo Shortribs, know this one is full of fatty and greasy. We honestly like the backribs /Longribs because it got more beef rather than fat. The price range around IDR300K - IDR350K for two person menu with drinks. But beware for the combo menu, my wife and I really cannot finish it all, we always feel full with the size of menu and there are still a left over. The food itself it's so tender, the slow cooking process really tenderized the meat and make it really moist to eat. Now the trick to visit this restaurant, for this kind of menu and size it's wiser to come here after lunch time on mid afternoon. So you can enjoy your food slowly rather than comming at lunch time or dinner time, since the chair and desk in the resto is not that much. and also coming between that time you can make sure that they serve the ribs well, with perfect burned. I did not experience the coldness of the meet in the center like the other review. I think simply because they are not in the rush preparing your menu, because it's a preprocessed meat for that level of tenderness. So best you think about coming there @3pm. Overall I think it's an OK kind of place for you to come and enjoy reasonable price and food. Recommended....
