Areas to improve
The food variety is alright. However there are few areas management could improved. Food serve especially soup should be served hot. Overall food tasted salty and might not fit multi races palates. Many staffs around but not attentive in collecting empty plates. Scene is chaotic with many staff walking in and out to and from kitchen. I almost bump them few times. Staff should be trained to give way to hotel guests. It takes 10 minutes for my black coffee to come. Saw a lady, who could be relationship manager striking warm and attentive conversations with a white foreigner who is filling his cornflakes with milk, then to a another one behind me. We happened to maintain eye contacts for few times. Unfortunately, I think I'm not attractive enough to get her to ask me how is my breakfast doing? Lol. I have been travelling Indonesia extensively past few months and had stayed with hotels in and out of city. In terms of the eatery, there many areas to improve. The coffee is nice though.
