I Met Titan
It was Monday November 5, 2018. I just arrived from Bangkok around 2pm. After exchanging my US dollars into Indonesian Rupiah, I felt sleepy then I headed to the third floor where there were various kinds of coffee shops. After the escalator arrived at the third floor, I immediately saw one of the coffee shops and I bought a glass of espresso dowble. While still waiting to pick up the coffee, one of the staff at this coffee shop approached me and started a conversation. I still remember the first question is where are you come from? I answered, I am from Timor – Leste. The next question asked for my name and she also introduced herself that her name was Tittan. Even though my English is not good, but I try to talk with her. Tittan claimed that she is from Jakarta, but got a job as a Guest Relations Officer in this coffee shop in Bali International airport. The service at this coffee shop is very good, especially Tittan who has the skills to get people to talk. She is so cute and good looking, and always wants to know the coffee buyers in this place. The coffee is very good, and I recommend for those who visit Bali don't forget to visit the coffee shop on the third floor at Bali International airport.

A great way to pass the hours in the airport!
I had a lovely lunch at the Coffee Club in Densapar airport. Service was prompt. A lovely girl called Titan(how could I forget a name like that) who worked there asked me how my day was going and really made me feel welcome. Food and coffee was good will be back the next time I am at the airport!

When I ordered a cup of tea (pretty expensive) I was charged over the price that appeared on the menu. At first I thought it would be taxes but it also had Service Charge, which I couldn’t understand as it doesn’t have table service and had to go to the counter to order. Very kindly the guy from behind mentioned that they would bring the tea to the table so that made me think that the S.C. Was worth to pay. However, after waiting quite a fair amount of time for a cup of tea, I found out lately that he meant shouting ‘Lemon grass’ from behind the bar so I obviously had to stand and pick it up myself - where is the service? - But on top of that, to my surprise I realized afterwards that I was given a peppermint tea. From my experience as a waitress is tricky to mess up this way such a simple order; I am always very happy to pay SC and tip if the person deserves so, but in this case was COMPLETELY the oposite
