Food was amazing, but service can be improved
Firstly I wanted to say that the food alone at the dinner buffet definitely deserve five stars, however, service-wise there is still room for improvement. I was very impressed with the variety of food offered, and they all tasted great! The best part is that they cook many things fresh to order (such as steaks, prawn skewers, lamb cutlets, etc) and it's certainly a very welcome feature. We also thoroughly enjoyed the sashimi station as well as the giant rock oysters. Now, the not-so-good bit... Whereas we found most staff friendly and professional, there were a few exceptions. In particular, the lady serving ice creams had no smile on her face, and when we asked her what flavours were included (because a couple of them had a combination of flavours so the name itself was not descriptive), she answered in a very cold tone as if she didn't want to be there at all. We also felt that the reception area could be more organized. The night we went didn't appear to be particularly busy, however, we still had to wait for over 10 minutes for someone to take us into the dining room (we did make a reservation 2 days prior and arrived on time). Overall, it was a pleasant dinner, however, it would be a shame if the very high standards of food is not matched by equally excellent service.

Service has dropped since last year
We love coming here and highly recommend other to experienced the food, services and the surrounding of this great resort. Our disappointment was the services, trying to get the waiters attention to order drinks was a nightmare, considering they weren’t busy.

SIMPLY THE BEST
Beautiful hotel which will amaze. The restaurants were superb the food was presented to temp you to try it all, breakfast was what ever you wanted it to be so much food what ever meal you had you could not fault the presentation and taste it could not be faulted
