Not very good
Surprised by the 3 drink limit which i wasn't informed till I had my pass scanned and payment taken. Initially thought it looked nice and relaxing till I see guests with feet on eating surfaces . Food cold on 1st inspection and little choice overall, sent cold food back twice. Wine is from a box, honestly it's a poor show from a premium lounge. On the plus side the pasta station when operated offered tasty hot dishes. Overall not that impressed, could be lots better never return.

Less legroom than being on a small plane.
At the end of a business trip, flying business class with Virgin Australia, I expected Virgin Australia-level of quality at their "reciprocal" lounge. I was disappointed. The staff were friendly, and the food was reasonable. But... the "juice" was actually cordial, the seats felt like they were about to collapse, and the placement of tiny tables between facing seats actually left you with less legroom than if you were flying on a single-engine prop plane. My size 12 boots wouldn't even fit, resulting in my having to leave my legs in the walkway, along with my small bag. Oh, and the air-conditioning may have been on, but we could not feel it and were sitting there with sweat running down our faces. I've stayed at worse lounges, but they were in Afghanistan and Iraq!

Very below average
Expensive, box wine, poor airconditioning. Would have been better weather conditions in the main concourse. Only saving grace is we got our money back!
