Best Italian Food in Nusa Dua
We are staying in the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and have discovered a very good Restaurant right next door: KAYUMANIS, the Restaurant Piasan / Tetaring. This Restaurant has an Italian Menu and an Indonesian one. We chose the Italian Menu and were highly delighted about the choice of many Italian dishes, Antipasti, Primi Piatti, Main Courses and Desserts. The food is excellent, the presentation is beautiful, the waiters are very good and super-friendly, like Agung and Susi and Yoda and Eva... We chose to sit outside on the beautiful terrace, in the cool shade, next to a lake with flowers and Frangipani trees, with the beautiful sound of a fountain/waterfall, so the atmosphere is amazing - very chic and relaxing at the same time. We can highly recommend this place and we will keep coming back during the next few weeks of our vacation here. Thanks * and see you soon. *****

The Tetaring at Kayumanis Nusa Dua ………….Baby what a big surprise.
Having tried to make a last minute reservation at our favourite Piasan Restaurant in the Kayumanis Villa and Spa at Nusa Dua, it was unfortunately booked out. And rightly so, as it happens to be one of the best in all of Bali. As luck would have it we were offered a table at its’ sister restaurant. And baby, what a big surprise. Nestled in the most serene corner of the entire complex sits the Indonesian cuisine based Tetaring Restaurant. Continuing in the theme of the Piasan, it utilises the 5 elements of nature, with an ingenious display of modern architecture making brilliant use of stone, wood, water, earth and fire all cleverly integrated in a world of glass and bamboo to complete one of the most beautiful, natural and serene restaurant settings you’ll find anywhere. But it doesn’t stop there. The staff are welcoming, efficient, professional and constantly beam quintessential Balinese ‘calm and charm’. Dining is relaxed sophistication with chunky chrome and glass tables, particularly comfortable seating and just as importantly, elegant glassware. The food is creative, exceptionally fresh, honest and presented with ultra-modern flair. The wine list is suitably extensive. The bonus is that whilst this restaurant is primarily stylish Indonesian cuisine, the Italian menu is also offered. Spaghetti Alla Pescatora was particularly generous in terms of fresh seafood content and the Tagliolini Verdi All’Aragosta with its’ accompanying half a lobster would rate as some of the best experienced throughout the world, including Italy. Either way, whether you choose the Piasan or the Tetaring Restaurants you’ll be dining in absolute paradise with some of the best food on the Island. Don’t change a thing…I’ll be back.
