If you are staying at The Mulia I recommend highly you dine at Table 8. Food and service an experience not to be missed.

Great ambience, decoration, wonderful service,combination of perfect food choices. We had a great dining experience here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Prawn blackpepper claypot is a must try! Great selection of dimsum, chinese wok and variety of chinese jelly dessert. Really love the ambience. We must say that Table8 is one of the best chinese food in Bali.

The food is good but big problem in the payment
I was curious about this restaurant and I suggested my friend (forever) to try having dinner here. We went there after new year 2018. Interior of the restaurant is super but the waiter who handle our table speaks to us like a whispering and we almost do not understand what he said or he offered. The food and presentation were good but we found a big problem a week after about the payment. When we asked for the payment by AMEX, the young girl cames with wireless EDC machine from BCA. First time swipe is failed but we do not know why and I thought because of the signal. I asked her, is it failed? she said yes and we believed in her also because no printing out. So, i asked her to try again but still having same problem. My friend is getting worry about the payment because he thinks should have no problem with his card. I asked her to change the EDC machine and she cames back either with new one or still old and this time finally the transaction is success (same AMEX card). So, we left the restaurant with little worry about the payment but a day after we do not hear from restaurant, we thought no double/triple charge. After one week, when I am in Jakarta and my friend is in Singapore, someone from Table 8 restaurant called me and she said she found that the restaurant charged us 3 times. I was shocked and I asked her why. She can not explain why but she said sorry and she said they will refund in few weeks. I told her that the card is belong to my friend who already left Bali to Singapore, so I asked her to give me email address or and phone number of the management or manager, but she said they dont have it and she is a staff of cashier. Then, i told her that i will call her back through Mulia Hotel number after I talk to my friend in Singapore. My friend was shocked as well and he asked me to call her back and asked the manager send email through his email address. So, 2 - 3 days after I call her back, my friend received the email BUT not from the manager, it was from the cashier. Pity! Question: 1. If she knows there is triple charge after one week, does not manager about this? 2. Why the manager did not call me or sent email to my friend? 3. Why they did not find out 1 day after it settled? After we know how they handle this case (not professional), even food was good, unfortunately, NO RETURN!
